Defining a racing-driven, high-end mtb brand.

Mondraker had it all: racing DNA, disruptive design, and a loyal community of riders who live for performance. What it needed was direction — a strategy that could unify its vision, elevate the brand, and turn passion into growth.

We defined a new positioning around high-performance mountain bikes for riders who push their limits — built with exclusive technologies, proven on World Cup podiums, and powered by a global sport marketing strategy.

In 2021, Pure Electric entered the Spanish market with a bold vision for sustainable urban mobility—but zero brand recognition. Tasked with launching the brand locally during the pandemic and amidst fierce competition from established giants like Xiaomi, El Corte Inglés, and Fnac, I led the full go-to-market strategy.

From defining positioning and brand messaging to building omnichannel acquisition funnels, I helped shape Pure Electric’s presence through retail and digital. The result? A clear brand narrative, highly targeted buyer personas, and a strong foundation for long-term growth—laying the groundwork for what is now one of Europe’s key players in e-mobility.
